Having purchased the company from Peter Lawrence and Kathy Eade in January 2016 along with some of the existing staff the company has continued to provide the same level of service to our clients.

This is the advantage we have over larger companies.Wayne is well positioned as the owner/director as he has over 15 years of working in Management positions including Project Management experience with Government Departments both here in New Zealand, Australia and in the private sector.
The business is based in Hamilton and our depot and office is located in Kahikatea Drive extension, Frankton, servicing Hamilton and the outer suburbs and areas.The company is able to provide a one stop service from start to finish as we have all our own equipment, trucks and digger which enables us to complete the entire job.

Charmaine Paterson brings a strong administration background, having worked for the last 20 years in administration roles for Government Departments both in New Zealand and Australia and in the private sector. Charmaine is also a qualified nurse having completed her degree in 2008. Charmaine works part time in Lawrence Concrete’s home office while working full time as a Nurse.
We employ mature, experienced, reliable staff (and we Police check all staff) who know to look out for small children, dogs etc. and be considerate and polite when on site. When undergoing induction and OSH training, Charmaine is always reminding staff to "treat the site with respect as if it was your Grandmother's house"
